Frequently asked questions.
What is SIM IN A BOX Pro?
SIM IN A BOX Pro is a premium, hard-sided golf simulator enclosure designed for DIY assembly. A UK-manufactured anodised aluminium frame, pre-clad wall and ceiling sections, high-density compressed fibre panels and a professional-grade dual-layer impact screen create a clean, built-in finish.
Where does SIM IN A BOX Pro sit in the Foresight Sports simulator range?
SIM IN A BOX Pro is our premium DIY solution, positioned between the flexible SimSeries and the fully bespoke Complete Golf Simulator. It combines the freedom of self-assembly with a clean, hard-sided architectural finish.
What is included?
SIM IN A BOX Pro includes a UK-manufactured anodised aluminium structure, pre-clad wall and ceiling frames, high-density compressed fibre panels, a professional-grade dual-layer impact screen, a bungee tensioning system and the hex key required for assembly.
How many sizes are available?
There are four standard sizes: A1, A2, B1 and B2. Custom widths are also available in 200 mm increments.
How quickly can it be installed?
SIM IN A BOX Pro is designed for rapid DIY assembly. Its pre-clad frames connect using one supplied hex key, although completion time will vary depending on room preparation, enclosure size, access and the number of people assembling it.
Can the enclosure be taken down and rebuilt?
Yes. SIM IN A BOX Pro is designed for straightforward disassembly and reassembly, allowing it to be relocated or reconfigured when required. Always follow the supplied instructions.
What tools do I need?
The enclosure itself can be assembled using the supplied hex key. Room preparation and the installation of additional technology may require other tools.
What is the pony wall extension?
The pony wall is an optional low-level extension that carries the enclosure finish further into the room, creating a more enclosed and integrated appearance.
What is the projector gantry?
The optional projector gantry integrates a compatible projector into the enclosure structure for a clean, considered setup. It is available with the A1 and B1 configurations.
How much space do I need?
Your room must accommodate the enclosure’s external dimensions, the hitting position, equipment, assembly access and a safe, unrestricted swing. Projector and launch monitor requirements should also be considered when planning the space.
Can I use my existing Foresight Sports launch monitor?
Yes, provided it is compatible with your chosen enclosure and room configuration. Falcon is supported by the A1 and B1 sizes only. Our team can confirm compatibility before you order.
Are the launch monitor and projector included?
No. SIM IN A BOX Pro is supplied as an enclosure. The launch monitor, projector, computer, hitting mat and software are sold separately unless explicitly included in your chosen package.
