Golf Simulator in Garage

2020 CS 01 11

For many potential customers considering investing into a golf simulator, one of the hurdles they face is finding a suitable room with enough space to swing a golf club.

This customer did not have space inside their home so instead chose to convert their single garageThe first stage of the project was to raise the existing ceiling rafters from 2.4m to allow for a screen height of over 3m. They then chose the expertise of the Foresight Sports Europe team to come in and create their perfect, at home, simulator environment.

The garage dimensions were as follows:

  • Height: 3065mm
  • Width: 3150mm
  • Depth: 6000mm

The images below show the transformation that was made and how much potential there is in just an unused garage space.

For those considering a golf simulator in garage, this project is a perfect example of how a simple, underused space can be transformed into a fully functional practice area. By thoughtfully utilising the garage’s dimensions and making structural adjustments, such as raising the ceiling, it’s possible to create an environment that feels open and professional. Whether for improving your swing, practising your short game, or enjoying golf with friends, converting a garage into a simulator room makes the sport accessible at home without compromising on quality or experience.
