The facility has been developed to deliver an exceptional VIP custom fitting experience, while also serving as a hub for tour player access and major product launches. At the centre of the installation is a custom-built 16:10 fully upholstered simulator studio, designed and installed by Foresight Sports Europe to create a refined, immersive environment. Powered by the GCQuad, the most-used launch monitor in professional golf, the simulator delivers directly measured club and ball data with exceptional accuracy. This ensures every fitting session is supported by reliable, repeatable performance metrics, the same standard trusted by tour players, elite coaches and many leading manufacturers worldwide
Most recently, and a further reflection of their confidence in Foresight technology, TaylorMade partnered with Foresight to engineer driver heads featuring built-in fiducials optimised specifically for use with the GCQuad and QuadMAX. This integration enhances the capture of club delivery and impact data, ensuring even greater clarity during product validation and fitting. All TaylorMade fitters are now armed with a proprietary fitting application powered exclusively by Foresight data, a trusted measurement platform from research and development through to final consumer fitting.
Beyond full-swing analysis, the Basingstoke facility also features a custom PuttView putting green. Designed to fit the space precisely and provide multiple breaks and slopes, the green transforms into an interactive performance environment with real-time projected ball tracking.
